Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. The item must be in new condition, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and without any signs of wear. Handmade jewelry can only be returned if it has not been worn. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (except in cases of defect or our error). If the item is defective, we will provide a full refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after payment, before shipping begins. Once production has started, cancellation is possible only by individual agreement. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of force major.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your personal data (name, shipping address, and contact information) is used only for processing your order, shipping, and communication with you. We do not share your information with third parties except for shipping carriers and payment processors necessary to complete your order. All data is handled in accordance with GDPR (European Union) and Czech law.

Shipping

• Czech Republic & EU: Free shipping via Zásilkovna (Packeta network). We offer completely free shipping to the Czech Republic and all European Union countries. 

• Worldwide: Czech Post Registered. All customs duties, taxes, VAT and import fees of the buyer’s country are the responsibility of the buyer.

• USA: DHL/Fedex on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. All customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees are included in the price and paid by us (DDP). The buyer does not pay any extra charges at delivery.

 Delivery times (after shipping)

• Czech Republic: 2–4 business days 

• EU: 5–10 business days 

• USA: 7-10 business days 

• Rest of the world: 15–30 business days
